Sometimes we think that the light around us colorless, but when the beam is broken, a rainbow unfolds before us. Also, different materials that transmit light in a different way: glass and Perspex are translucent materials that transmit light, but wood, stone and metal do not. The Light Wall investigates how light is transmitted through the various items, while encouraging free play.
